Khedive's Star, 1882, tentatively attributed to 2963 Pte. Frank Packham, 1st Bn., Royal West Kent Regiment

This is the only Khedive's Star so far found which appears to be attributable to the Royal West Kents. The attribution is based solely on the fact that only one soldier with the number 2963 can be found on the medal rolls for an 1882 Khedive's Star. There is certainly no recognisable or recognised naming style for the regiment.
