When this page was first conceived, its contents fitted easily onto a single sheet of paper. Since then, I seem to have been writing more and more, and getting fewer and fewer rejection letters, with the consequence that this page was gradually becoming completely unmanageable, both to edit and to read. In order to make life a little easier for myself, and for you, the esteemed visitor to my website, I decided to split the page in two.
